What are the team requirements?

Each team is comprised of swimmers loosely associated with a city that has a Grown-Up Swim League in it.

Do I have to have swum in the league to join up with that city’s All-Star Team?

Nope. Join up with your friends and go to the beach. You’re all All-Stars in our book.

Should I bring my family?

Sure! Our All-Star meets are in family-friendly locations with many family activities in addition to the Grown-Up Swimming All-Star Meet. Remember, Grown-Up need your family to time for you, and you need them to cheer for you!
