Grown-Up Swimming Phoenix is kicking off our inaugural season in February-April 2025. That’s right, it’s Spring League here in the Desert instead of Summer League.

2026 Meet Schedule
Grown-Up Swimming HQ is buzzing getting the 2026 schedule ready. Many of these locations are tentative. We’re in the final stages of paperwork with each of these facilities, and we have a couple of options for our Championship on 4/5.
We will keep this list updated and add the meets to each team’s “Meet Signup Calendar” as soon as everything is finalized.

Grown-Up Swimming? What the heck is that?
A goofy league for folks 18 and over who want to have a laid-back atmosphere to race and be social.
Kinda like slow pitch softball?
Exactly, or summer league swimming for grownups.
Cookouts? Are there really cookouts?
Yep, most of the host pools will run a grill and concession stand for all of your caloric needs!
I can’t just leave my kids at home…
Bring ‘em! Most meets will start off with a “multi- generation” relay, so you can even swim with them!
