November 17th Grown-Up Swimming Practices
Hi Grown-Ups,
I took a trip to FSU to swim last weekend and had a grand time. We discovered a very cool fact through scientific testing:
Results of those who trained: super-duper fast
Results of those who didn't: super-duper slow
I'm no scientist but I think the interpretation of these outcomes it that those who train are usually those who win. Enjoy the practices, you winners!

Practice One: FAST Kick into Aerobic Swim
Great warm-up with GOLF and drills
This aerobic sets starts out by getting your heart rate HIGH, with kick and then you have to push out an aerobic effort after.
