April 27th Grown-Up Swimming Practices

Hi Grown-Ups, 

 

Remember: every 25 you swim gets you one step closer to being the fittest person at the club. I've got a bunch more below to get you there --> 

  1. Practice One: Aerobic Set 

    • Fast and then hold a certain % effort.

  2. Practice Two: 5 to 7 25s and then long swim

    • By "long swim" I mean a 75 or 125 (; (;
