May 18th Grown-Up Swimming Practices

Hi Grown-Ups, 

 

Hope everyone is having a good weekend as pools are starting to open up everywhere. I hope these grand openings are the moment you've been waiting for to get back into some good old-fashioned Grown-Up Swimming 25's. Practices below. 

  1. Practice One: Aerobic Swim 

    • Nice swim STRAIGHT into some over-kick freestyle drill

    • Overkick freestyle is a drill where you are kicking with your legs as hard as you can, but maintaining a normal arm speed.

    • It can get really hard... 

      2. Practice Two: Stroke Speed Set 

  • This entire set is to get you to go as fast as you can on the "FAST" efforts
