May 25th Grown-Up Swimming Practices

Hi Grown-Ups, 

 

Hope everyone’s having a drama-free weekend—unless it’s pool drama, in which case I fully support you getting into it. Practices below. 

  1. Practice One: Aerobic Swim 

    • Effort-based set

    • Adjust your effort across each distance.

    • Should be chill (I think) 

      2. Practice Two: IM Set 

  • Building to a 100 IM with only 1 x 25 fly!

    1. Advanced, you have no butterfly, but I apologize...
