June 1st Grown-Up Swimming Practices

Hi Grown-Ups, 

 

I've heard Grown-Up Swimming meets are starting up all around the country. If you're reading this, I'm assuiming you've been doing these practices and I am here to assure you that you are 100% ready for any 25 they throw at you. Unless you've been calling wayyy to many audibles on the sets... 

  1. Practice One: Aerobic Swim 

    • Starts off with a little distance swim, into build, into drill, into super fun awesome things!

      2. Practice Two: Stroke Set 

  • Lots and lots of building efforts

    1. Make sure that there is an exaggerated difference across each of the build. The start should be SLOW and the end should be FAST!
