June 8th Grown-Up Swimming Practices
Hi Grown-Ups,
I've got two great practices for you this week. We're doing something a little fun, adding in some fast GOLF. We've done GOLF before (trying to take the least amount of strokes in a lap) and fast GOLF is exactly the same... but FAST. Least amount of strokes possible in the fastest time possible.
Practice One: Aerobic
Heavy distance with low effort into lower distances with higher efforts.
Classic set, it's good for you!
2. Practice Two: IM Set
I'm terribly sorry but I did put some butterfly here.
Butterfly into 25's back, breast, and free with high effort.
