June 15th Grown-Up Swimming Practices

Hi Grown-Ups, 

 

I hope everybody had a great week! We've been having some stormy weather here in the Atlanta league, thankfully canceling all of our our hard practices. Hard practices referenced are below: 

  1. Practice One: Aerobic Freestyle

    • In the main set you'll be building effort alot. 

    • You are building 1 through 4, not within. First rep slow, get faster each time. 

      2. Practice Two: IM Set Again

  • Less butterfly, a lot of breastroke. If a 400 IM only lasted 100 yards this is the set to run.
