June 15th Grown-Up Swimming Practices
Hi Grown-Ups,
I hope everybody had a great week! We've been having some stormy weather here in the Atlanta league, thankfully canceling all of our our hard practices. Hard practices referenced are below:
- Practice One: Aerobic Freestyle - In the main set you'll be building effort alot. 
- You are building 1 through 4, not within. First rep slow, get faster each time. 
 
2. Practice Two: IM Set Again
- Less butterfly, a lot of breastroke. If a 400 IM only lasted 100 yards this is the set to run.
