August 17th Grown-Up Swimming Practices
Hi Grown-Ups,
I'd love to drop a swimming tip for you all today to help you get a little faster and get the edge on your neighbor so you can finally win the renowned blue ribbon.
Swimming Tip #1: When pulling through the water (in any stroke), you want to feel what we call "pressure" or force of the water pushing back on your hand and arm. The more force, the more power and pull that you are getting.
Try it on these workouts playing with how you pull. An accelerated pull (starting slow and getting faster) will help you get the best pull and feel the most "pressure" on your arms.

More building stroke and fast efforts! Turns and finishes work.
Hope you enjoy!
