September 7th Grown-Up Swimming Practices

Hi Grown-Ups, 

 

There is a common saying in swimming where every day that you take off, you need to train two more to get back to where you were. 

Oh man is that motivational. Especially as for someone like my dad who took the first 40 years "off".  

Don't worry however, my practices below exponentially speed up that process and actually flip it around. So every day you train, you need two days off!     

  1. Practice One: Aerobic Freestyle

    • Building to FAST efforts!

    • Amazing abs kicks set!

      2. Practice Two: Stroke or IM Set
